Processing Hours

Orders are processed and shipped during business hours Monday-Friday.

Most orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours of being placed. Any orders placed after 1 PM PST will be shipped the following business day. All orders placed after 1PM PST on Fridays will be shipped out the following Monday.

Please note that processing times may increase during sales, holidays, or high order volume periods.

Shipping Details

• All shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, holidays, weekends, or customs processing for international orders).
  
  

• All orders are shipped via United States Postal Services (USPS).

• Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information through USPS Tracking®.

• Lulu Ave is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
  
  
• We highly recommend selecting the Route Protection option at checkout to protect your order against loss, theft, or damage.
  
  
• Customers may also choose to add signature confirmation through USPS for additional delivery security.
  
  
• International shipments may experience delays due to customs processing and can occasionally take up to 8-12 weeks in rare circumstances.
  
  
• International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and custom fees that are determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the Lulu Ave shipping cost. For more information, please contact your local customs office/postal services. Keep in mind that we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.
